the sun has set
all i see is a mist
the sun coems down
upon our first kiss
we erupt on nites like this
awakening from a sleep of bliss

through a bolt of lightning
our faces glow
the thunder crashes
our hormones flow
the silence said so many things that nite
it effortlessly spoke of things so hard to verbalize
born of good intentions
and brooding sweats
the nite slowly came to an end
of sweet but sorrowful goodbyes
